The company was founded in 1991 by a group of individuals with diverse experience within the semiconductor and electronics industries:

We began staffing semiconductor and electronics manufacturing companies with technical temporary workers. The distinguishing factor between Verion and its competitors has always been our value-added service of testing prior to personnel assignment. Testing individuals prior to placement had an immediate effect on employee turnover. Reduced turnover, in turn, positively effected the bottom line results for our clients. As a result, we experienced significant growth.

 

Testing spawned our training concept. We capitalized on our industry expertise, made a smooth, natural transition into consulting and training, and began conducting prototype programs for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world. Over a period of 14 months training was refined, expanded and resulted in exponential growth.

 

Within a short period of time the company expanded its training staff, facility and resources four-fold. The team of Verion Staffing professionals includes industry experts as well as experts in instructional technology, program design and development and group facilitation. In today's dynamic business climate, Verion Staffing finds it imperative that we create strategic alliances and align ourselves with major educational institutions, corporations and professional organizations.  We constantly strive to establish new avenues to expand our services and support our clients.
