TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS

Training methodology encompasses all forms -- lecture, video, demonstration, class interaction and hands-on application.  Training courses include an employee handbook as well as written and/or hands on exams.  If your training schedule requirements demand unusual hours, let's talk.  We will work with you and conduct training during normal business hours, after hours, or weekends.  We offer training at at our Richardson facility, or we'll go to your site.

 

CERTIFICATION / RE-CERTIFICATION

Many companies realize the importance of employee development via certification and re-certification programs but lack the time and resources to effectively implement and maintain them.  Such programs set the expectations and measure employee performance.  

 

Re-certification programs monitor employee performance and support your quality initiatives.  Certification programs can be simple for you to manage because we have the expertise and resources to conduct the training, issue certification cards and certificates of completion and maintain all the documentation.  Renewing employee certifications is just as easy.  We contact you well in advance of the certification expiration date and are responsible for ensuring that any applicable procedural or legal changes are incorporated into the re-certification program.
